Ann Svendsen, M.A., Executive Director, Centre for Innovation in Management (CIM). Ann has been a leader in stakeholder relations for over 20 years, helping corporations and government agencies forge stronger, more strategic, and profitable relationships with their customers, suppliers, employees, and community stakeholders. Ann is a principal of CoreRelation Consulting Inc. Her book “The Stakeholder Strategy: Profiting from Collaborative Business Relationships” (1998) is recognized as the first major publication to lay out a practical approach to building stakeholder relationships.

Myriam Laberge, M.A., Director of Collaborative Learning & Dialogue (CIM). Myriam is a certified professional facilitator, trainer and organization consultant specializing in whole system transformation. Through hundreds of sessions, she has assisted public and private organizations to engage and dialogue with their stakeholders, clarify their vision/values, transform their cultures, and re-align their organizations. Myriam is a principal of CoreRelation Consulting Inc. and of Breakthroughs UNLIMITED Inc,


Steve Waddell, Ph.D. Founder and Director of The Collaboration Works Boston and Global Action Networks Net. Steve brings organizational, network and societal development and change expertise to diverse issues and opportunities requiring large systems change. Steve is widely published and has an upcoming book on "Societal Learning and Change".
